Over the course of five years, actor/director Robert Postrozny made a series of portraits of his grandmother, Helen Rose, right up until her death at the age of 99. The portraits record Rose’s daily life and serve as a record to the aging process.

Helen Rose is also the star of the acclaimed short film, Forgetting Betty, which was directed by Postrozny along with James Anderson.

The following are a few of the portraits made during those five years.
